We provide you a 2 year warranty on all watches due to the high quality and trust we have in our product.

This means that you are allowed to contact us from the date of purchase until 24 months afterwards for a new item or, if necessary, a repair.

This excludes straps, batteries, any type of accident, misuse and abuse.
If you have had service, repair, or alterations done by anyone other than Jexxon, your warranty will be voided.

Our return policy allows you to return any product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer free returns for your convenience.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received. The product must also include any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included in the original shipment.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (support@official-jexxon.com) with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.
