We provide you a one-year warranty on all watches due to the high quality and trust we have in our product.
This means that you are allowed to contact us from the date of purchase until 12 months afterwards for a new item or, if necessary, a repair.
This excludes straps, batteries, any type of accident, misuse and abuse.
If you have had service, repair, or alterations done by anyone other than Jexxon, your warranty will be voided.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com. Within 24 hours, you will get the appropriate return instructions here. We'd like to inform you that Jexxon does not cover return shipping fees.
You have 14 days after placing your order to return your items. All items returned must fulfil the return conditions, which include no evidence of usage, being in their original packing, and being in excellent condition.
Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
